James Silveous, Network Consultant at OneSource Technology, joined the company after speaking with our president – hearing his ideas and direction, he knew he wanted the opportunity to work alongside a growing IT services company that values it’s client relationships and educates on best practices with an open mind.
As a very detail oriented person, he reviews our clients’ infrastructures and makes suggestions to help minimize downtime while enhancing productivity – and of course, automating processes wherever possible. He enjoys learning about new technologies – and finds it exciting to see all the new potential technology brings to our day-to-day lives.
When he’s not working, he enjoys playing trivial pursuit – and in the summer, he spends a lot of time on the lake, camping, or generally enjoying the outdoors; in the winter, he tends to try new recipes in the kitchen.
Mike Krofssik, Help Desk Technician at OneSource Technology, joined the company after working for another local IT services company. Since joining the company, he’s been working diligently to pursue a degree in management information systems while helping our clients eliminate downtime through responsive support.
He enjoys working with the company as he has the opportunity to gain experience working for a diverse range of clients from several different industries. He also enjoys working alongside a fantastic team of dedicated and professional IT experts.
When he’s not working, he enjoys learning about various topics, such as networking and cloud services, as they raise his professional and personal interest.
Ron Diel, Network Consultant at OneSource Technology, joined the company in June 2008 after retiring from the Air Force. Prior to joining the company, he did computer and network support for a number of years – making the position a natural fit for his experience and skill-sets.
He enjoys getting out and interacting with clients – and he often feels like he’s visiting family when he stops by our clients’ offices. When he’s speaking with clients, he strives to eliminate ‘geek speak’ and talk in ways they can understand – helping them get the best value for their tech dollars.
When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending his spare time gaming, watching movies, and tinkering with his own home server and network.
Ryan Zern, Network Consultant at OneSource Technology, strives to keep learning as much as possible in the IT industry, because the more he knows, the more he can help other people. He enjoys building great relationships with our clients – and goes above and beyond to make sure their issues are fixed as quickly as possible.
As someone who enjoys helping people, he truly believes it’s a great feeling to help someone resolve a frustrating problem – making their day, and in turn, making his own day a lot better in the process. He’s pleased to work alongside a great team that’s friendly and helpful – always working together to better serve our clients.
When he’s not working, he’s spending time with his friends, traveling with his wife, relaxing at home, or playing with his kids at home or the park. He’s passionate about his kids – making sure they have a great childhood while teaching them the knowledge and morals they’ll need throughout life.
Scott Hoffman, Senior Network Consultant, was working at Hofftek before OneSource Technology acquired the company. He enjoys serving our clients – building systems that solve challenges, resolving complicated issues, and digging into problems like solving a puzzle with many moving parts.
When it comes to solving problems, whether it’s a computer system or communication system, he believes the more complex, the better – and he enjoys working alongside our team because everyone goes above and beyond to help each other out.
In his spare time, he’s programming, spending time with his family, or tinkering with some type of project – from car maintenance to home remodeling to storage systems and everything in between.
